Job Description

The Talent Management team is looking for a people-oriented, high-energy professional interested in managing Wayfair’s employee experience through the entire life-cycle from day one through departure.  The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for employee engagement and a strong track record of communication, data focus, and process improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Learning & Development to develop a best in class global onboarding experience for new hires, considering needs of different locations and standardizing where possible
  • Equip managers with tools and resources to successfully onboard their new hires in the first 30-60-90 days of employment at Wayfair
  • Partner with Talent Analytics to identify high potential top performers and emerging leaders in the company and administer stay surveys
  • Develop strategy to engage and retain Wayfair’s talent
  • Manage leaves administration
  • Analyze current policies and programs against trends in the government and benchmark and adjust to stay competitive
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze exit data quarterly, and make suggestions to the business on areas that need improvement



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-6 years’ experience in Human Resources/Talent Management strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS system is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
