Job Description

Wayfair is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Content Specialist with experience developing sales training curriculum in a fast-paced growth environment. Partnering with both training and sales management leadership, this person will be responsible for creating and implementing sales curriculum for all aspects of Business Account Manager (BAM) training including but not limited to, new manager onboarding, advanced sales skills, emerging leader and ongoing career development. The Content Specialist will also work to design, implement and refine the BAM e-learning strategy. This person will report to the Training Content and Enablement Manager. He or she will be expected to quickly develop an understanding of BAM initiatives, processes and needs. This person must be comfortable presenting to large audiences of all tenures and levels, and will be expected to devise and optimize solutions that make the most of Wayfair’s resources.

• Partner with BAM management to build and implement training curriculum that aligns with business objectives and growth projections
• Support ongoing initiatives (emerging leader training, new manager internalexternal onboarding, advanced skill development, supplier training, training library build-out) with classroom and e-learning based training modules
• Manage the effectiveness of our CRM based Training Management System • Proactively work to identify and fill knowledge gaps found in the BAM sales organization • Partner with cross functional leaders (Category Management, Marketing, Strategic Sales) to develop content based on department needs and industry trends

Desired Skills/Experience

• 3 years of sales enablement or training support in a B2B sales environment preferred
• Proven experience building and creating effective sales enablement training content
• Experience with Brainshark, Adobe Captivate or other eLearning authoring software highly preferred
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques
• Ability to develop and conduct in depth needs assessments with key stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design techniques and methodologies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• BABS required
• Articulate, persuasive communicator across multiple organizational levels
• Savvy, quick thinking and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Goal oriented, self-starter
• Ability to analyze data to identify solutions
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel required Tag: SLS-B2B
