Job Description

The Talent Management team is looking for a people-oriented professional interested in contributing to Wayfair’s employee culture, engagement, and performance management approach.  The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of strong interpersonal communication, data focus, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support and coordination to team in processing employee moves and changes
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues by partnering with employees, administering policies, and recommending effective solutions for addressing workplace issues
  • Track employee claims and investigations using Case Management System
  • Partner with Learning and Development to coordinate manager training
  • Conduct exit and stay interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to the business to improve employee engagement
  • Assist with the planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance and administration of employee relations and performance management initiatives
  • Assist with the administration of employee medical leave requests including FMLA and ADA
  • Address employee questions relating to performance management and corrective action
  • Prepare and maintain personnel documentation
  • Support Talent Management team projects and other administrative functions as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Human Resources/Talent Management preferred
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS system is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
