Job Description

The Talent Management team is looking for a people-oriented, high-energy professional interested in contributing to Wayfair’s employee culture, engagement, and performance management approach.  The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of strong interpersonal communication, data focus, and attention to detail. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations issues by partnering with employees, administering policies, and recommending effective solutions for addressing workplace issues
  • Researching and conducting investigations on employee concerns
  • Counseling managers on performance management and employee development
  • Partnering with Learning & Development to develop training content for managers and employees
  • Conducting exit and stay interviews and analyzing data to identify trends, make recommendations to the business to improve employee engagement
  • Administer employee medical leaves including FLMA and ADA
  • Support Talent Management team projects as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources/Talent Management strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS system is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
