The Immigration and Global Mobility Associate is primarily responsible for supporting US foreign national employees with obtaining and maintaining sponsorship in the US. This person will serve as an advisor to the Talent Acquisition team and senior leadership for all immigration and global mobility matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in immigration from a talent perspective.  The ideal candidate for this role has a track record for effective communication, organization, and strong attention to detail.  Previous exposure to US work visas is preferred but not required.

  • Partner with current employees, management, legal counsel, and Talent Management colleagues to provide guidance on visa sponsorship
  • Manage immigration applications within corporate policy and USCIS regulations
  • Coordinate all employee green card processes in partnership with our legal counsel
  • Manage our Global Mobility and expat program between our North American and European offices
  • Develop an effective visa tracking process using our HRIS system Workday
  • Manage the annual H-1B CAP process
  • Manage F-1 visa training program and FICA taxes for foreign nationals
  • Manage the I-9 and E-Verify program and corporate immigration policies
  • Ensure document compliance for all immigration paperwork
  • Partner with colleagues on Talent Management on various Talent/HR projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years’ experience with US employment immigration preferred
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
