Job Description

The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a virtual employee engagement strategy with a focus on improving culture and employee interaction and communication for work at home agents across the country.

Job Duties

  • Drive the development of positioning, messaging and branding to leverage employees as brand advocates internally and externally.
  • Ensure all communications reach multi-generations, diverse employees and various levels of education.
  • Plan, promote and oversee logistics for events such as employee celebrations, team building events, etc.that are specifically tailored for the work at home population.
  • Develop, evaluate and implement new processes and communication channels to ensure virtual employees are informed of company initiatives, programs, and announcements.
  • Identify employee concerns and partner with senior leadership to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with engagement specialists at various call centers to introduce new and exciting ways to recognize and show appreciation for our employees.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling, concise and creative way to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapts to rapidly changing, dynamic environment, and changes approach to fit the unique needs of the audience, project or organizational requirements. Demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong commitment to the company and employees.
  • Experience with event management.
  • Strong organization and time management skills; a self-starter who can drive programs and results with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
