As an Analyst, you love harnessing employee feedback to make work better, you have an insatiable curiosity about “what if” scenarios, and you love using quantitative and qualitative data do it all.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Use analytical reasoning to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend a data solution that addresses stakeholder’s needs
  • Research, analyze, and present data from multiple internal databases and 3rd party software systems to solve business problems with high quality analytics
  • Develop and automate both standard and ad hoc reports to provide insights into trends at scale
  • Build strong relationships with the various teams across the Talent organization to provide ad hoc reporting
  • Assist in developing predictive analytics
  • Assist in developing new team members
  • Identify and participate in continuous operational improvement initiatives

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

  • BA/BS with a quantitative focus (i.e., social science, economics, mathematics)
  • Strong capability using Excel
  • Experience using SQL
  • Passion for telling a story with data visualizations
  • Experience conducting research using basic statistics (i.e., correlations, regressions)
  • Experience with R is preferred
  • Experience with an HRIS system is a plus
